What you need to know
- Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll exchange, replace, or credit via original payment method within 5 business days
- Return products must be in original condition and please include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.
- Insurance coverage must be for full value of return items as Leonard & Hazel™ is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments
- Leonard & Hazel™ is unable to accept cash on delivery (COD) return shipments
- Additional fees may apply for abuse of return privileges, not following guidelines, or shipping back of unaccepted items
- Items returned because of manufacturing defects will be exchanged

RETURNS
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Orders That Have Not Shipped:
All orders canceled before the order has shipped will not be subject to any cancellation or restocking fee.
- Orders That Have Shipped:
Any orders that have already shipped can be returned for a full product refund, minus the non-refundable shipping charges. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the products within 14 days from the date of shipment.
For a full refund, your item must be returned in its original unused condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt of return product.
- Opened Product Returns:
Opened products must be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment and will be refunded minus a $50 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is less. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE ON THE SALES PAGE, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM AND OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS.
