Terms and Conditions
Shipments that are sent through USPS Priority Mail usually Arrives within 1 to 3 days from the date you place your order for delivery within the US. Please allow up to 15 extra days for delivery time for any back orders.
Our fine jewelry comes with shipping insurance but, all other items in our shop do not come with shipping insurance so if you would like to add insurance on your package, you can do so by contacting us via phone to place your order, or to request an invoice to be sent to your email that lets you secure payment on your end.
WARRANTY:
Leonard & Hazel™ electronics and home furnishings usually carry a warranty of some kind. This will be mentioned on the sales page. If your item has any issues, please first give us a call at (866) LH-GIFTS (866-544-4387) to see if we can assist you over the phone BEFORE returning any items to us.

As long as there is no obvious damage to the item(s) caused by abuse, and if it's still under warranty, we'll either fix it, replace it, or give you a store credit that you can use for anything in our store, at any time!
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees for repairs, service, exchanges, and or returns for store credits.

RETURNS:
For a full refund, your item must be returned in its original unused condition.
Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll exchange, replace, or credit via original payment method within 1 business day. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process back to your payment method.
UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE ON THE SALES PAGE, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM AND OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS.
